When Kevin and I went through the eclectic store last Friday, I ignored the impulse to buy a tiny flower vase that winked in my direction. I decided to give the purchase my second day rule, which is to see if I still want something the day after I thought about buying it. Well, the day after was Saturday, and when we walked the block-and-a-half from our downtown apartment to the upscale not-for-profit, the door was locked. The two-story house is open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., but according to the volunteer on Friday, it's been difficult to find volunteers to cover the Saturday hours. So today was the first day we could return, and there was no perfect, $10 dusty blue vase to be found. I'm not sure how much I should honor the second day rule in the future, but I am sure that if you ever find yourself in Tucson, this is a destination worthy of a visit.

I wish I was there! The store sounds awesome. Second day rule definitely has to go out the door in places like that....these are once in a life time deals!!! My motto...
